Crested Butte, Colorado is known as the wildflower capitol and I was so so excited to photograph Lindsey + Hez’s maternity photos during peak season. I’m still daydreaming about roaming thru the mountainsides surrounded by wildflowers.

Hands down one of my favorite sessions to date for many reasons. Lindsey jumped on the opportunity of booking her maternity photos with me when I posted on my Instagram stories that all travel fees would be waived for my July 2023 Wildflower Crested Butte trip. Little did I know her boyfriend Hez was planning up a little surprise. While I was making the drive from Denver to Crested Butte Hez called me to cue me in on his plan and get my advice on how/when he should propose.
We met up at my favorite wildflower location in Crested Butte bright and early at 5:30 am. It was chilly outside but I was so giddy knowing all the excitement that was soon to come. The pure happiness + joy displayed on Lindsey + Hez’s faces speaks for itself. I’m so so happy for these two and cannot wait to capture more milestones in their lives in the future!
