Weekends in DC can get busy quickly even early in the morning. Opting for a weekday gives you the best chance of having the space to yourselves and keeping the focus on your connection rather than navigating tourists.
3. Outfit Coordination Matters
Soft, neutral tones always photograph beautifully here; think creams, tans, or pale blues. The light marble of the Jefferson Memorial reflects those colors perfectly and gives your photos a timeless, elegant feel.
4. Expect a Little Wind
Being right by the water means there’s often a light breeze. It adds movement to your photos (and makes for those cinematic dress and hair moments), but it’s good to keep in mind when styling your look! Non-perfection is perfection! 😉
