Within a week of your special day, you’ll receive sneak peeks to relive those special moments and your full gallery will be ready within 8-10 weeks.
Your online gallery will be thoughtfully edited, available for you to download and proudly share with your loved ones. You’ll also have the option to order stunning prints, heirloom albums or wall art, giving you timeless keepsakes to cherish and relive your day for years to come.

Yes! All Mae Meadows Elopement & Intimate Wedding Clients receive an exclusive 10% discount on additional bookings, including engagements, boudoir, bridal & day afters.

What is your turnaround time?
The first 60 miles of travel are included in all packages. Any locations outside the complimentary travel radius will incur a flat rate Travel Fee. This fee covers additional round-trip drive time, potential tolls, gas & vehicle wear and tear. If your location is 2+ hours away, an additional fee will be added to cover the cost of a hotel.
Out of State / Country Travel:
Round-trip air fare, lodging, rental car & per diem will be calculated based on your destination & curated into a custom quote.

I don’t provide unedited images as editing is a big part of my creative process & how I bring your story to life. Each photo is carefully curated & edited to reflect both the style and quality you see in my portfolio, ensuring your gallery is cohesive and polished. Trust me—you’ll love the final collection!

Will I receive the unedited images?
I currently based out of Denver, Colorado but will be moving to Northern Virginia / DC in July.
Where are you located?
Absolutely! I’m always ready to travel to capture love stories in stunning destinations. From mountain ranges to turquoise waters, I’m here to document your adventure, no matter where it takes place.
Do you travel?
I focus on delivering quality over quantity, so rather than guaranteeing a specific number of images per hour, the final count will depend on the unique flow of your day. What you can count on is a beautifully curated gallery filled with emotional, candid & meaningful portraits that truly capture the essence of your special day!
How many images will we receive?
I’ll carefully retouch minor blemishes & smooth skin to ensure you look and feel your best, while keeping the photos natural & true to you. However, I do not alter your body in any way—this includes "skinnying" arms, waists and/or double chins. Instead, I rely on thoughtful posing & angles to flatter your unique beauty.
Will you photoshop our images?
Rain can add a beautiful, romantic touch to your special day! Pro tip: overcast skies make for incredible lighting & dreamy photos!
If the forecast calls for rain, we’ll embrace it & make adjustments as needed. I always come prepared with clear umbrellas to ensure we still capture stunning moments.
What if the weather is bad?
I am currently booking 2025 & 2026 dates. It's highly encourage inquiring at the very beginning stages of planning to ensure we can secure your desired date before it is taken! I always say: it's never "too soon"!
With that said, if your plans are more last-minute, don’t hesitate to reach out—I love a good spontaneous adventure & will do my best to accommodate!
When should we book with you?
I shoot on Canon R6 Mark II camera bodies with dual memory card slots that allows me to record all of my images on 2 SD cards simultaneously. As soon as I get home I immediately back up the SD cards on 3 external hard drives AND a cloud backup. Additionally, I do not erase my SD cards until gallery delivery. Rest assured your images are safe with plenty of backups to prevent anything from being lost.
